How Do I Remove Saved Passwords From Google Chrome™

Logins and passwords are becoming standard methods of accessing many websites nowadays. Browsers make it easy for users to remember these passwords by offering to store them. But when using a public computer or one that has a number of people relying on it, you definitely don’t want to let the browser remember your passwords. If it already has, there is a simple way to delete any stored passwords on Google Chrome™. The instructions below explain.

Deleting passwords from Google Chrome™:

  1. Launch Google Chrome™.
  2. Click the “Customize and control Google Chrome” button and choose “Settings”.
  3. On the Settings page, click the link “Show Advanced Settings” located near the bottom.
  4. Click on the “Manage Saved Password” link.
  5. Click on the ”X” button to remove the saved password.
  6. Finish by clicking on the “OK” button.
